Intrinsic lifestyle incorporated is developed for individuals searching to change the course of their lives, those who are in need of Restoration to Life's Happiness, and alleviating stress in finding a balance in their own nature. Our Community housing is designed to help provide temporary housing and appropriate support services to persons who are close to homelessness, have some mental/emotional disorder or coming out of imprisonments and elderly seeking living improvements. The transition is to help them be more self-sufficient in order to move towards independent living on their own. Our community housing could be considered a halfway house or a hand up to self-sufficiency. Creating a self path plan to a healthy lifestyle, filled with positive energy will help in Strengthening the mind, body, and spirit. We understand how overwhelming life’s situation can be on a regular basis between work, school, family, money, habitual behavior goals, and responsibilities. People tend to neglect what’s essential for a calm mind, healthy body, and peaceful environment. About 70% of the population is heavily medicated, which tells us Stress has its way of taking a toll on people through various adversities. Our bodies aren’t designed to take the pressures that are encountered and held daily. We are delicate human beings adapting and conforming to our own experiences.
